Refund policy

Please take time to familiarize yourself with our returns terms and conditions before making a purchase online. 

IMPORTANT: We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. 

If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify us as soon as possible. Notification of a return needs to be made to info@huntingsupplies.co.nz within 5 days of receipt by you, and we will let you know the address where the products need to be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any products once the product has been used or tampered with, or if the packaging has been damaged to the extent that the item is no longer saleable for its original full price.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The return of the item is at your cost and responsibility until it reaches Hunting Industry Supplies. 

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your package arrives at Hunting Industry Supplies your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days.  Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Hunting Industry Supplies.
